Spiking belongs to whiplash movement, it is the main method to score in Volleyball game. There are many productions in spiking between home and foreign. but most of them are the purpose to build the model of the vitodynamic to training,it is not enough. To provide scientific foundation for improving the speed and innovation strength training spiking approach and promote volleyball in scientific teaching and training, This paper attempts to do research on the spike in the whipping action and with the strength training methods by using surface e electromyography technology.Purposes:Using and analyzing the characteristics of the ralatated indexes in the different spiking velocity by myoelectric technology, we try to find the factors that affect the whiplash movement velocity and the characters of the strength training methods by comparing with the maximum speed spiking to guide the teaching and training.Subjects:Six male volleyball athetes which study and play in bejing sports university (Hight:195.67±3.83cm;Weight:85.67±7.87kg; Age:22.67±2.59)Method:Using Surface Electromyography test, we observed the characteris-tics of indicators of whiplash movement of spiking and related to strength training methods of athlete individual. The whiplash movement of spiking and related to strength training methods is considered as research variable,and the sEMG activity was recorded from the deltoid (the front and the rear);pectoralis major;trapezius;obliquus exterus abdominis;latissimus dorsi;biceps brachii, triceps brachii; flexor carpi;extensor digitorum and rectus abdominisResults:1 Timing characteristics of spiking action show that mobilization sequence of the muscle revolve "lumbar vertebrae—shoulder joint—elbow joint—wrist joint" and "lumbar vertebrae—shoulder joint—wrist joint—shoulder joint—elbow joint" during the flexure elbow rear and the second stage.2 A comparison of muscle contribution rate show that the main muscles of spiking are deltoid (the front, the rear), pectoral is major, biceps brachii, triceps brachii, trapezius.3 A comparison of the electromyographic integration between fast movement and slow movement show that biceps brachii during flexure elbow rear and latissimus dorsi,rectus abdominis during the second stage is higher in fast than slow movement; It shows that these muscles of the Quick contractility should be enhanced. the electromyographic integration of rectus abdominis, triceps brachii, flexor carpi, pectoralis major during flexure elbow rear and biceps brachii, extensor digitorum during the second stage is higher in fast than slow movement;It shows that these muscles should be relaxed to speed the whiplash movement.4 Throwing medicine ball, and 2.5kg,7.5kg of weight-bearing arm swing of the whole action of the most is conducive to maximum speed of volleyball spike training...
