Modern competitive volleyball games are increasingly competitive and have the higher demand for the force and skill of athlete. With the development of volleyball modern sports, Chinese volleyball field pays much attention to the training course of the skill and force of athletes, and puts forward to the guiding ideology of new training course in China, that is comprehensive skills, attractive characteristics, skillfulness, fastness, development, nnovation and the improvement of body. It is the first time that we have put the last requirement into the guiding ideology. Recently, the training ideology and method develop quickly and change. In terms of the training of the strength of volleyball players, people concentrate on the muscle strength training and the core consistence training and achieve a good result in the implementation of strength training. According to the requirement of the skill characteristics and the central strength, coaches aim to develop scientific and reasonable training method for the central strength.This research collect the information about the electromyography data of the central muscle when the volleyball players are serve, dig, pass, smash and block a ball and then find out the characteristics of the muscle in the core area in the body respectively. In addition, by analyzing the results of electromyography, it is found that the training method of the muscle in the core area of body is strength of muscle of people when doing these five actions are consistent, which lays the theoretical foundation for the strength training of human’s core area, provides suggestion for the coaches and the designs various types of training method suitable for the teenager volleyball players, provides the theoretical basis for the strength training of the teenagers in China and reduces the illness. It has a broad practical significance.In the process of the action of jump serving, the order of the contribution rate of muscle strength of the body core area is external oblique, trapezius, multifidus muscle, the rectus abdominis, latissimus dorsi, erector spinae; which obliques, trapezius and multifidus muscles are the most important force muscles.In the process of the action of dig pass, the order of the contribution rate of muscle strength of the body core area is trapezius, multifidus muscles, erector spinae, external oblique, latissimus dorsi, rectus abdominis; which mitral muscle and multifidus muscles are the most important force muscles.In the process of the action of passing, the order of the contribution rate of muscle strength of the body core area is trapezius, multifidus muscles, the rectus abdominis, external oblique, latissimus dorsi, erector spinae, and all those are forcing muscle; trapezius is the most important muscle force.In the process of the action of spiking, the order of the contribution rate of muscle strength of the body core area is trapezius, obliques, multifidus muscles, latissimus dorsi, rectus abdominis, erector spinae; which trapezius, obliques and multifidus muscles are the most important force muscles.In the process of the action of blocking, the order of the contribution rate of muscle strength of the body core area is trapezius, obliques, rectus abdominis, multifidus muscles, latissimus dorsi, erector spinae; which the external oblique, multifidus muscles, and the trapezius muscle are the most important force muscles.By muscle surface electromyography test, following training methods: the straight arm single support, throwing medicine balls on balance pad, throwing medicine balls behind head when kneeling on balance pad and other methods can be used as the special strength training methods to improve jump serving and spiking force of body core area.By muscle surface electromyography test, following training methods: Swiss ball prone turnwaist, supine hip, balance pad lunge stomp and other methods can be used as the specialstrength training methods to improve jump passing and dig passing force of body core area.By muscle surface electromyography test, following training methods: single knee on Swiss ball upper body flexor, bent prone supported at two points on balance mat, legs pressure on ball single elbow supporting and other methods can be used as the special strength training methods to improve blocking force of body core area.There is a certain deviation between the results of body core area surface electromyography test of the five basic techniques of volleyball, and the cognition of our country reserve team coach on volleyball five basic techniques of cognitive body core area muscle force situation.
