Learning burnout means the students present symptoms of exhaustion, depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment because of long-time stress.The enrollment scale of the postgraduates is expanding year by year. On one hand, the postgraduates bear the high presses from their studies, employment and other fields; On the other hand, they must shoulder the great expectations from the society and their families as well. All of these make them suffer heavily on minds, even lead to various psychological problems gradually, and learning burnout belongs to them.Learning burnout reflect the negative psychology of postgraduates. It matters directly or indirectly to the current postgraduates'learning quality. Learning burnout has been attracted quite attention, but the studies about postgraduates'learning burnout are in the initial phase. The research reviews abroad and home studies on learning burnout, then design the questionnaire of the influencing factors of postgraduates'learning burnout, and I also site other researchers'questionnaire of the condition of postgraduates'learning burnout. The author selects 308 postgraduates of different majors from two universities. The purpose of this research is to study the condition and influent factors of learning burnout, and then advanced several strategies to relief this phenomenon. The results are as follows:1. Overall, postgraduate learning burnout does exist in current, and all social circles should pay attention to this phenomenon.2. There is significant difference of learning burnout between postgraduates from different universities。The level of burnout in general and depression of postgraduates from Nanjing University is lower than that of Soochow University.3. There is significant difference of learning burnout between different genders。The level of depression of male students is lower than that of female students.4. There is no significant difference of learning burnout between in different biogenic, marriage status, age, working experience postgraduates. There is also no significant difference of learning burnout between postgraduates who whether or not multi-disciplinary.5. Regression analysis showed that among the six factors emotions, personality impact burnout in general more intense and reached the significant level. Emotions, interests, emotion impact the dimension of depression more strongly, even reached a significant level. Character, will, emotion impact the dimension of the depersonalization, even reached a significant level. Personality, will and emotion impact the dimension of the greater impact of diminished personal accomplishment, reached a significant level.
