The major findings are as follows:1,cross-country skiing as a kind of speed and skill projects, training and competition in the whole process, the right knee strength and flexibility are demanding. Continued to bend the knee, extension, torsion, which makes the knee to withstand a considerable load, can easily lead to injury.2,cross-country sports injuries to knees, waist mainly chronic damage. Through literature collection, collation and analysis and research, draw cross-country skiing athletes injury-prone in the patellar rickets, back muscle fasciitis, patellar edge of pain, rotator cuff injury, frostbite and other foot, this damage survey, the highest incidence of rickets patella, 31.9%; followed by the incidence of low back muscle fasciitis is also high, as 21.6%.3,degree of injury are mostly mild to moderate damage and injury, accounting for 61.70% of which mild injury, accounting for 36.17% moderate damage, severe injuries accounted for 2.13%.4,the types of knee injuries in cross-country skiing are the main types of knee injury medial collateral ligament injury, patellar strain, meniscus injury, knee bursitis. Patella strain which accounts for 25.53%, accounting for 21.28% meniscus injury, medial collateral ligament injuries accounted for 19.15%, accounting for 17.02% knee bursitis, cruciate ligament injuries accounted for 14.89%, lateral collateral ligament injuries accounted for 2.13%.5,resulting in or causing the mechanism and causes of sports injuries are very complex, the preventive measures are effective, such as:good preparatory activities, reasonable arrangements for exercise load, increase the strength of the knee injury in timely treatment and flexibility exercises to strengthen the medical supervision.
