Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Chinese U-18 Women's Soccer Team

By means of literature method, questionnaire survey method, mathematics statistics, expert interview, logic analysis, taking the 14 teams,317 athletes and 38 coaches that attending the National Winter Training of Women Young athletes, which is hold by China Football Association, as research objects, the research investigates the current situation of Chinese U-18 women's soccer sports, analyses the problems existing in the U-18 women's soccer team, and discusses the countermeasures of the U-18 women's soccer team development. The research is supposed to provide rationales and research references for the development of the U-18 women's soccer team. The investigation contains:teams' competition and training system, the athletes and coaches'basic information, the internal cause, social identity, and the study and training situations.The research result indicates that setting women football U-18 group competition in the 11th national games has positive effects to the sustainable development of the U-18 women's soccer team. Women's soccer reserve declines. The faultiness of the competition system causes the competition bug of the U-18 group. The secondary employment of the U-18 youth team after the retire is low, which is afraid of badly. The coach quality has improved. But the training mechanism is not perfect, which is hope to been advanced. Coaches'income is too low to attract more outstanding coaches to the women team. The women soccer popularizing rate is low in school. The cooperation mechanism between sports system and education system is not perfect. Aiming at the problems, this paper provides some suggestions like these. Enhance the cooperation with education department in order to develop the women soccer in primary and secondary schools. Widen the employment caliber after the athletes retiring. Optimize the training and evaluation system of the coaches and advance their incomes. Consummates the competition system of the U-18 youth group and increase the opportunity to participate in the competition. Increase outlay to improve the basic equipment and the training and competition conditions.
