The Research On Motivation Mechanism Of Teachers In Universities

The university teachers are specialists who fulfill higher-education teaching responsibility and undertake the mission of imparting knowledge, educating people and improving the national quality. The university teachers' work is closely linked to economic development, the national prosperity and the social progress. Therefore, how to arouse the university teachers'working enthusiasm and creativity and enhance its working efficiency is the topic that the general university superintendents and the theory researchers extremely pay attention to. For the purpose of enhancing discipline construction, promoting the personnel training and raising the school level and benefit, it will be of great significance to build up scientific reasonable university teachers' motivation mechanism and make the teacher individual development consistent with the school whole development. Finally, take some university as an example, it discusses and establishes the reasonable effective university teachers' motivation mechanism and points out a feasible way to let the teachers take full initiatives and to use their creativity and activity to the fullest extent from four aspects. They are to raise university teachers to set up the correct professional view and the moral outlook, construct the scientific university teacher pay system, and establish the principal-agent mechanism and scientific and highly effective market mechanism conforming to our national university actual situation.
