It is well know that ocean observation satellite if of the most important means for ocean environment observation. Solid-state memory system is an indispensable device for observation ocean satellite. This thesis discusses the design of the solid-state memory system, which is used for image data processing and storing for the new generation ocean observation satellite of China.The main technique of solid state memory system include the techniques of design for reliable and lower power dissipation and valid data sampling, data framing and encoding, data storing and retrieving on high speed, data disturbing and frequency difference processing.The design technique of this solid-state memory system for the satellite is the most advanced at many aspects in this field domestically. This design is the first solid-state memory system for satellite, which can confront with multi-clock sources and multi-data sources compatibly. It is the fist design that integrates all functions of data processing and control into a single programed logic device. This design can be an IP core that can bring large advantage when system upgrade in the future. This design decreases power consumption by employing the power balance conception. The first design that realize the function of writing while can erasing at the same time, which convenience customer greatly. The successful techniques of this solid-state memory system for satellite can bring much useful experience for many other relative projects.
