The technology of industrial control network had been developed rapidly in recent years, contented the request of scope and depth in exchange for information of the field control preferably. Current control networks are generally based upon the wired transmission media. Therefore, some problems were brought such as wiring on the earth's surface and wall, the line maintenance of the network and so on. Even it was difficult that was applied in some situations which had need of the message exchange equipment to handle some abrupt and temporary data, to move at big scope. The wireless communication technology could overcome the above these weaknesses preferably because it made use of electromagnetic wave and light wave which sever as transmission media. But it had been less applied in control system.According to the feature of the field control and drawing lessons from more mature techniques in WLAN, a control network was programmed by the text that made use of 2.4GHz ISM channel, valid correspondence distance 10 meter, provided with tree topology which was expanded from master-slave star topology. It was expected which could provide a fire-new blueprint for building and reconstruction of control system. The weakness in the traditional building-network could be overcome by the wireless control network. And it could turn into a beneficial complement of the wire network. It can be expected that the wireless control network have the favorable foreground of the application.An examinational platform had been set up in our laboratory and the network planning was practiced in order to prove the theoretical feasibility. Both of plans which FPGA drives the RF model block and the single chip microcomputer drives RF model block was adopted respectively in the hardware. On the one hand, they could simulate the hardware environment of the field control. On the other hand, they could bring the bigger flexibility in the establishment of the software protocol of the wireless control network. The software end adopted the driver development pattern of VC + DDK + DriverWorks and carried out the establishment of the monitor control system software which is based on the protocol of the control network. The test result validated the feasibility of the project.
