Objective Based on Zhong Hua Yi Dian database, combine with modern data mining techniques, screen the core drugs for the treatment of diabetes. Aimed at screening drugs, combined with literature research results of modern pharmacological, toxicological and adverse drug reaction, analysis of the role of screening drugs. And further combined with the research methods of network pharmacology, construct a network of drug components and target sites, explore potential components and targets, analysis of the mechanism of drug screening, to provide a way of thinking and method for the clinical application and research and development of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes.Method 1.Used the data mining technology, to pidan、xiaoke、sanxiao、feixiao、xiaozhong、 shenxiao、shangxiao、zhongxiao、gexiao、xiaxiao、xiaoshen as the key words search the literature before the Qing Dynasty by Zhong Hua Yi Dian (cd-rom version). According to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes medical records collection form made of structured electronic medical records collection template, entry the data into "medical records collection and data mining system software",mine and analyze symptoms, medication, compatibility and its relationship with association rules and other data mining method, and screen out of top 10 Chinese medicine. By CNKI, Wanfang, VIP database retrieve modern literature, in order to understand these drugs the pharmacological and toxicological effects and adverse reactions,and further screen the drugs with less toxic side effects and less adverse reactions.2. Exploring the mechanism of screening drugs through the research methods of network pharmacology, predict of chemical composition of the drug in the TCM Database@Taiwan, and output in mol2 format, input mol2 format of the chemical composition in the PharmMapper online software to get the results of the prediction of the target, take each target which prediction result z’-score>0 as the forecast target; And then through the Target Database Therapeutic (TTD) database to retrieve the relevant target of diabetes, the components and targets are predicted to be constructed, analyzed and visualized by Cytoscape software. Finally verified on the target and mechanism by CNKI, Wanfang database, and to explore the potential role of composition and targetResult 1. The selection of ancient literature and modern pharmacology and Toxicology, commonly used in the treatment of diabetes drugs are:Fu Ling,Mai Dong,Ren Shen, Huang Lian, Huang Qi,Zhi Mu, Huang Qin, Sheng Di, Wu Wei Zi.These drugs have the function of Qingre and Shengjin、Yiqi and Yangyin、Jianpi and Lishi, and these can use for the syndrome of Zaore and Jinshang、 Qixu and Yin xu and mainly used for drinking, dry mouth, thirst, urine, irritability and other symptoms. More common compatibilities of traditional Chinese medicine have:Fu Ling-Ren Shen, Gan Cao-Ren Shen, Fu Ling-Gan Cao, Fu Ling-Mai Dong etc.2. According to modern pharmacological researches show these drugs can reduce blood sugar, improve glucose tolerance, improve insulin resistance, enhance the sensitivity of insulin, improve immunity, regulate blood lipids and other aspects of the role of diabetes.3. The results of pharmacological study on the selected drugs network showed that, the target and mechanism of different drugs and different drug components are different.,reflected the characteristics of Chinese medicine "multi component, multi target, multi way". The selected drug targets in the modern literature have been verified in the modern literature, but there are still some targets, especially the prediction of the target of Fu Ling and Sheng Di have not been confirmed by the relevant research, this also provides a new direction for future research. And found that a variety of traditional Chinese medicine components can be found in the bile acid receptor, the bile acid receptor can promote the production of GLP-1, then promote insulin secretion of islet beta cells, have the role of lowering blood sugar and improving obesity, it also provides ideas for future drug development.Conclusion Treatment of diabetes of TCM doctors in past dynasties accumulated rich experience, combined with modern research progress, adopt new technology and methods, excavate experience in the treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine, drug for clinical screening and drug discovery and development of a drug that is relatively specific and clearly defined, it is also one of the recommended research ideas and methods. Drugs screened out of this study Fu Ling,Mai Dong, Ren Shen, Huang Lian, Huang Qi, Zhi Mu, Huang Qin, Sheng Di, Wu Wei Zi can be used to treat diabetes, they can obviously improve symptoms, have the role of delaying the development of complications, the mechanism of action is basically clearh. Combined with research methods of network pharmacology,the selected drugs have the characteristic of "multi component, multi target, multi way", and it is found that these drugs have potential roles and targets, it can provide ideas and direction for future scientific research.
