Objective: To explore the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cirrhotic ascites,this paper analyzes the published literature of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cirrhotic ascites by data mining technology,analyzes the medication rule of cirrhotic ascites in the literature,and analyzes the network pharmacology of the core drug combination found by data mining,to explore its possible mechanism and provide a reference for clinical treatment of cirrhotic ascites reference resources.Methods: We searched the CNKI database,Wanfang journal database,and VIP journal database for kinds of literature published from January 2009 to January 2019 on the treatment of cirrhotic ascites by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.The data were standardized by Excel 2016 to build the prescription database of traditional Chinese medicine for cirrhotic ascites,and the statistical software IBM SPSS modeler 15.0 and IBM SPSS statistics 21.0 were used Drug frequency,association rules,and drug cluster analysis was analyzed;core drug combinations were screened according to drug frequency and association rules;active components of core drugs were screened and their targets were predicted through tcmsp database;targets related to cirrhosis ascites were screened through disease gene-related database;drug-disease protein was constructed by string The core targets were screened by cytonca,a plug-in of Cytoscape 3.6.0.To explore the network transduction pathway of the core drug combination in the treatment of cirrhotic ascites by analyzing the screened core targets through the David database.Results: 1.A total of 486 literature and 533 prescriptions were included,including 211 Chinese herbal medicines with a total frequency of 6466 times.There were 8 kinds of drugs with frequency more than 200 times,accounting for 35.52% of the total frequency.There were 17 kinds of drugs with frequency more than 100 times,with a total frequency of 3657 times,accounting for 54.72% of the total frequency.2.In the prescriptions,the most common drugs were tonic drugs 1758 times,37 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,accounting for 27.19% of the total,followed by diuretic drugs 1391 times,23 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,accounting for 21.51% of the total,the third drugs for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis 1054 times,22 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,accounting for16.30% of the total.3.Among the four kinds of drugs,ping1559 times(24.11%),wen1355 times(20.96%),slightly cold 1336 times(20.66%)and cold 1098 times(16.98%)were the main ones,with a total of 82.71% of the four kinds of drugs;gan3428 times(33.54%)were the main ones in Wuwei.Bitter 2591 times(25.35%)and pungent 2121 times(20.75%)were the main channel tropism;the main channel tropism of drugs was spleen channel 3493 times,liver channel 2728 times,lung channel 2606 times,kidney channel2029 times,and stomach channel 2027 times.4.Six groups of commonly used drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis: group 1: Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Alisma orientalis,Polyporus umbellatus,Ramulus Cinnamomi;group 2: Astragalus membranaceus,Pericarpium Macrocephalae,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Carapax,Eupatorium adenophorum,Artemisia capillaris,Rhizoma imperatae,motherwormwood;group 3:Bupleurum chinense,Angelica sinensis,licorice,Codonopsis pilosula,Radix Paeoniae Alba alba,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Curcumae;group 4: Radix Paeoniae Rubra,semen persicae;group 5: Group 6: Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Radix Glycyrrhizae.5.Using association rules to screen out the core drug combination is Poria cocos,astragalus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Alisma orientalis.6.The active ingredients of the core drug include quercetin,kaempferol,etc.7.There were 510 pathways in go analysis and 101 pathways in KEGG analysis,suggesting that the pathways involved in core drug therapy for cirrhotic ascites include cancer pathway,TNF signaling pathway,hepatitis B,HIF-1 signaling pathway,etc.Conclusion: 1.Through the analysis of 533 prescriptions in terms of taste,property,and channel tropism,it is concluded that the property of Chinese medicine selected in the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis is mainly warm,flat,cold,and slightly cold,the taste is mainly sweet and bitter,and the channel tropism is mainly liver channel,spleen channel,lung channel,stomach channel and kidney channel.2.Through the data mining of 533 prescriptions,it is concluded that the most frequently used Chinese medicine in the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis is Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus,Alisma orientalis,etc;Association rules suggest that Astragalus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos and Alisma orientalis are often used in the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis.3.By cluster analysis,it can be concluded that there are six groups of core prescriptions or drug combinations for the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis,including three prescriptions and three-drug combinations.The first prescription is Wuling powder,the third is Chaihu Shugan powder.The six groups of cluster analysis can be used for the clinical treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis.4.The core drug combinations of Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala and Alisma orientalis selected by association rules were explored by network pharmacology.The mechanism of their treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis may be through the PI3 K Akt signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,IBD pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway,toll-like receptor signaling pathway,MAPK signaling pathway and other signaling pathways that play an important role in liver fibrosis and treatment of ascites.5.Network pharmacology suggests that the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis with traditional Chinese medicine is the result of the interaction of different components of traditional Chinese medicine in complex network signal transduction pathways.
