Both treatment groups were strictly in accordance with WHO three ladder after cancer pain treatment regimens administered opioid titration therapy. At the end of a course of treatment, both treatment groups were compared before and after the treatment of pain intensity scores, pain relief, pain medication dose, affect pain scores, quality of life, safety and adverse reactions,which were comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy of pain Yuan Wu Zhi Tong Fang party and security.ResultsThe study included 40 patients,20 cases was in the statistical analysis of the observation group,20 cases was in the control group.1.In terms of pain relief, the pain relief rate of the treatment group is 85%, the control group is 70%, the observation group is higher than the control group, but the difference is not statistically significant (P=0.436).2.In the change of NRS score, the average NRS score of the observation group is 4.1 ±1.33 points, the average of the observation group is 3.15±1.53 points, the difference is statistically significant (P=0.043).3.According to the changes of pain before and after treatment, the observation group decreases by 10.05±3.95 points, the control group decreases by 7.40±2.85 points.By independent samples T-test of the two groups of data, the difference is statistically significant (P=0.007).4.In the improvement of quality of life, the observation group KPS score average increases 4.5±6.86 points, the average increases 4.0±6.81 points in the control group, the difference is not statistically significant (P=0.975).5.In opioid drug dose increase, before treatment and the end of basal opioid drugs is compared, the observation group is reduced by an average of 8.00±16.41mg in control group.the average increases of 3.00±17.50mg difference is statistically significant (P=0.028).6.In terms of safety, the two groups in vital signs, liver and kidney function do not appear abnormal changes. The observation group is caused by adhesive tape, skin allergies, redness, itching, no special treatment. The two group has the main adverse effects of opioid drugs such as constipation, nausea, vomiting and so on. The control group is higher than the observation group, taking into consideration the relationship between the control group and the control group was higher than that of the control group.7. In terms of analgesic effect satisfaction, the satisfaction rate of the observation group is 85%, the satisfaction rate of the control group (1+2) is 60%, the difference is statistically significant (P=0.037).Conclusion1.Yuan Wu Zhi Tong Fang combined with opioids analgesics available synergies achieves good analgesic effect and can reduce the amount of opioids for patients with somatic pain, which reduces the impact of life for patients with opioids.2.
