Clinical Observation Of Self-made Antongfang Ultrafine Particles For External Application Of Pancreatic Cancer Pain

Objective:Taking NRS,KPS,QLQ and other adverse reactions and safety as an index,we observed the clinical efficacy of Zi Ni An Tong Fang in the treatment of pain of pancreatic cancer,to provide evidence for improving the pain of pancreatic cancer and improving the quality of life by the external treatment of Chinese medicine ultrafine particles.Method:The patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 20 in each group.The treatment group was given Zi Ni An Tong Fang particle external application combined with OxyContin,and the control group was given Oxycontin for 7 days.After treatment,the analgesic efficacy,NRS score,number of outbreak pains,use of OxyContin,analgesic onset and analgesia time,KPS score,QLQ scale score,and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results:1.Therapeutic effect of cancer pain:The effective rate of the treatment group was 80.00%,and that of the control group was 70.00%.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the effective rate(P>0.05).After treatment,the NRS scores of both groups decreased,and the analgesic effect was good,but the scores of the two groups were comparable.The treatment group of analgesic onset time and analgesia time was superior to the control group,at the same time,the use of OxyContin was lower in the treatment group than in the control group,but the number of two groups of bursts of pain was equivalent.2.Quality of life:after treatment,KPS scores were improved in two groups,and compared with two groups,P<0.05.The QLQ scale showed that after the treatment,the two groups were compared with pain,constipation,insomnia,fatigue,loss of appetite and the overall quality of life,P<0.05,with statistical significance.3.Safety:after treatment,the three major routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram were not abnormal,and there were no cases of skin discomfort.Conclusion:1.Zi Ni An Tong Fang Ultramicroparticle and OxyContin have a synergistic effect in the treatment of pancreatic cancer pain.2.By using the combined use of Zi Ni An Tong Fang ultramicro application,the effect can be accelerated and the analgesic time is prolonged.3.By using the combined use of Zi Ni An Tong Fang ultramicro application,it can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the common adverse reactions of opioids,safety,and no obvious toxic side effects.
