Objective:To analyze the characteristics of traditional Chesnee medicine (TCM) syndromes in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and determine the correlates of TCM syndromes and the severity of CHD.Methords:One hundred and sixty four patients with CHD from department of cardiology, Guang’an men hospital were included, and the information was collected according to the standard of coronary heart disease of TCM syndrome differentiation. Within three days of preoperative and postoperative syndrome differentiation with 5-7 days respectively, detailed record patients’TCM syndrome, coronary angiography results, intervention operation records and reports, and SPSS 22.0 was applied to enter data from the database and application software for statistical analysis, statistical methods including descriptive statistics, t-test, chi-square test, multiple linear regression analysis.Result:1.This study included 164 patients with coronary heart disease, mainly in the 50-79 years in the 50-79 years old, average age 65.62 ± 10.40, the main risk factors included hypertension, hyperlipidemia, smoking, diabetes, high blood uric acid, etc., which predominantly male smoking, high blood pressure patients with grade 3 hypertension is the most common.2. Before surgery, the most frequent TCM syndromes were as phlegm turbidity syndrome (22.54%), blood stasis syndrome (21.83%), qi deficiency syndrome (19.95%), Yin deficiency syndrome (15.49%).Syndrome combinations of two syndrome (41.46%),three (34.76%), four syndrome (14.63%),single (7.93%) and five combination (1.22%).The most common deficiency and empirical syndrome combination were deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality (66.46%), empirical syndrome (25.00%), deficiency syndrome (8.54%).After surgery, the most frequent TCM syndromes qi deficiency syndrome (26.09%), phlegm turbidity syndrome (25.22%), Yin deficiency syndrome (20.29%), blood stasis (13.91%).Syndrome combinations of two syndrome (45.12%), single (27.44%), three (17.07%), four syndrome (10.37%).The most common deficiency and empirical syndrome combination were deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality (50.61%), deficiency syndrome (29.88%) and empirical (19.51%).3.TCM syndromes after PCI:phlegm turbidity syndrome, blood stasis, and qi stagnation syndrome and Yang deficiency syndrome decreased. Qi deficiency syndrome, Yin deficiency increased. Deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality didn’t change, but its proportion was significantly decreased after PCI, and deficiency syndrome compared with preoperative increased significantly. Syndrome combination, a single syndrome increased after surgery, three syndrome and four syndrome combination significantly reduced.4.Coronary artery lesions in 164 cases with double-vessel disease was the most common, followed by single and triple-vessel disease, lesion blood vessel frequency from high to low in turn is a former descending branch, branch and right coronary artery. This study intervention in total blood vessels,195,256 pieces of stent placement, the average implanted vascular 1.31±0.80.5.This study found that blood stasis Gensini score higher than that of not the blood stasis, Yang deficiency syndrome Gensini score below the actions of each syndrome affects the Gensini score in multivariate linear regression analysis can be seen, blood stasis statistically significant influence on the Gensini score. Conclusion:Patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in the preoperative is given priority to with phlegm turbidity syndrome, blood stasis, postoperative with qi deficiency syndrome, Yin deficiency is common, though, before and after surgery in Deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality types, but its proportion significantly reduce postoperative, and empirical reduce postoperative deficiency syndrome, syndrome combination by syndrome evolution to single syndromes, combination of syndrome types tend to be more simple. Visible patients with interventional therapy can reduce the empirical distribution, and the complexity of the combination of syndrome, but increased in patients with qi and Yin deficiency. Besides, this study found that blood stasis was statistically significant effect on Gensini scores, blood stasis can aggravate the severity of coronary artery lesions.
