Clinical Study On Treatment Of Children 's Cough Variant Asthma With Spleen Deficiency And Phlegm - Heat Syndrome By Modified

Objective:This research was to observe the effect of Jiawei Liuan Jian on cough variant asthma in children, and compared with the control group montelukast sodium, Jiawei Liuan Jian confirmed the validity of fried treat children with cough variant asthma, for clinical application provide a basis,Methods:The study included 60 cases of children with CVA, from the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Dongfang Hospital,60 cases of children meets the inclusion criteria using a random number table divided into a treatment group and a control group, including the treatment group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 cases. Control group mainly to Montelukast; treatment group to decoction of TCM ’Jiawei liuan jian’. Observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medication,through the comparison of two groups of main indicators, secondary index after the treatment of CVA infection in children. Using SPSS21.0 statistical software analysis whether the two groups was statistically different, to discuss the efficacy of the two groups of CVA。Results:①Compare the treatment and control groups, the efficiency is 93.33%,92.30%, two groups in terms of efficacy was no significant difference (P> 0.05), indicating the treatment group and the control group have the same considerable effect. ②Observed indicators of the two groups before and after treatment total score, the main symptom scores, symptom scores in the secondary group were statistically difference (P<0.01), described two groups have exact effect on CVA.Treatment group before and after treatment,the degree of the main symptoms of cough treatment group, the frequency of cough, sputum volume significantly different (P<0.01), throat itching, diet, sputum volume was statistically significant (P<0.05). the main symptoms of the extent of the control group before and after treatment of cough, cough there is a frequency, sputum volume significantly different (P<0.01); itchy throat, shortness of breath, chest tightness are differences (P<0.05), no difference (P> 0.05) after treatment before treatment in the diet.③The point of main symptoms after treatment between two groups, no significant difference (P> 0.05), that is, the degree of improvement in both groups cough, cough frequency, expectoration have no significant differences, the two groups have the same effection. The itchy throat, chest tightness, shortness of breath calculus have no ignorance difference (P> 0.05), treatment group and control group all have considerable effect; there are differences between the two groups after treatment on the diet score (P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusions:For TCM belongs to phlegm-heat, phlegm-damp cough in children, Jiawei Liuan Jian and montelukast sodium are effective, and have the same effective, but Jiawei Liuan Jian in promoting better diet is better, suitable for clinical practice.
