| Objective:To observe the effects of Zhikepingchuan Decoction in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma(lung heat and yin deficiency syndrome)clinical curative effect.Methods: according to the inclusion criteria,select 60 patients of outpatient department of Pediatrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from December 2015 to December2016,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Zhikepingchuan decoction,the control group using Meng Lu Lester sodium treatment,with 2weeks as a course of treatment,observation of two groups of children changes in the efficacy of TCM and single syndrome after a course of treatment,to compare the differences between the two groups.Results: the patients gender,age distribution,the test verified that the control group showed no significant difference with the treatment group,comparable.Before the treatment group symptom scores by rank test were not statistically significant,comparable.After treatment between two groups in sputum throat itching,and tide Jedhan integral the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that the treatment group in relieving itching throat,expectoration,hot flashes sweating effect is better than that of control group.The cough,shortness of breath,stool score by comparison,suggesting no significant difference,suggesting that in relieving cough,shortness of breath,dry stool to improve the curative effects of the two have no difference the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome.The total by rank test,suggesting that the difference was not statistically significant,suggesting that treatment of two group.Conclusion: the self-made cough and asthma with montelukast sodium can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in children with cough variant asthma,a considerable effect of both treatments. |
