Clinical Study On Decreased Ovarian Reserve Function Of Yushi Decoction In Treating Liver - Qi And Kidney Deficiency

Objective:The purpose of the paper is to apply the Yijingziguiyin which comes from the tutor’s experrience on to the patients who are suffering from the liver kidney deficiency of decreased ovarian reserve by using the method of kindney-nourishing ventilating-depression therapy, to observe their TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) syndromes and the influences of the sex hormone levels, the number of ultrasonic sinus follicle and other indicators, therefore to evaluate the clinical efficacy and provide theoretical basis and treatment method for the clinical treatment of decreased ovarian reserve. Meanwhile, carrying out preliminary study of the academic idea and experience of mentor treatment of decreased ovarian reserve from the tutor.Methods:According to the strict into exclusion criteria, collecting the data of patients who have the ovarian reserve function decline and selecting the patients with the clinical syndrome type for liver kidney deficiency into the group, providing die TCM granula named Yijingziguiyin and observing on the treatment for three menstrual cycles. The case series study method was adopted to compare the before and after treatment, observing before and after treatment of pregnancies, Quantization Table for TCM Syndrome Differentiation, the levels of FSH、LH、 E2、FSH/LH, the number of ultrasonic sinus follicle etc. The SPSS21.0 and SAS8.2 statistical software were used for statistical analysis. Normality measurement data was described by using x±S, the description of non-normal measurement data was by using the median and interquartile range. If the analysis comparison of before and after treatment measurement data obeys normal distribution, we applied the matching t test. Otherwise, if the analysis comparison of before and after treatment measurement data was non-normal distribution, we adopted the nonparametric test. All tests were applied for the determination of the P value and making inferences.Results:The method of kindney-nourishing ventilating-depression therapy was applied on 18 patients with liver kidney deficiency of ovarian reserve function decline. There were 2 cases with clinical recovery (16.7%),4 cases were significantly effective (22.2%),8 effective cases (44.4%) and 3 cases were invalid (16.7%). The total effective rate is 83.3%, in which 3 cases of patients with pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was 16.7%. To compare the TCM syndrome integral of before and after treatment, the data was appeared markedly reduced after the treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01), FSH and LH/FSH in contrast with the values before the treatment were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01), LH and E2 values compare with the data before the treatment, the drop difference is not obvious, (P> 0.01), in contrast, there is no significant difference on the AFC values in contrast with before and after treatment (P> 0.01).Conclusion:In conclusion, the Yijingziguiyin has exact clinical curative effect for the patients who suffer from the liver kidney deficiency of decreased ovarian reserve, the method also could improve the menstrual condition for the liver kidney deficiency type patient s, to increase the TCM score and decrease the FSH value and level of sex hormone. In terms of the improvement of E2 and antral follicles, there was no obvious diffefen ce which is demonstrated efficacy and safety. Further research and extension are neces sary to provide basis and reference during the early detection and early treatment of DOR (Decreased Ovarian Reserve).
