Study On Mechanism Of Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Decreased Ovarian Reserve Function(spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Evidence)with The Addition And Subtraction Of Zhuxian Dan

Objective:To provide a new direction for the treatment of DOR through a controlled clinical study of the therapeutic effect of Zhuxian Dan plus or minus and phimorthon tablets in patients with DOR with spleen-kidney yang deficiency evidence,and to analyze the TCM symptoms,serum hormones,AFC and clinical efficiency of patients in both groups before and after treatment in a controlled manner.Methods:7Seventy-two patients with DOR spleen-kidney yang deficiency evidence were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 36 cases each.Subgroups:The treatment group was treated with oral help of Xian Dan plus reduction.The control group was treated with oral fenomentone.Each was taken for 3 menstrual cycles.Results:（1）TCM symptom scores:compared within the group,all of them could improve the patients’TCM symptoms（P<0.05）;compared between the groups,the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group（P<0.05）.The efficacy of the control group was significantly better than that of the treatment group in terms of late menstruation（P<0.05）;the two groups could have equal effects in terms of reduced menstrual flow and decreased libido（P>0.05）;and the treatment group was more effective than the control group in terms of menstrual color,quality,lumbar and knee tenderness,coldness,cold pain in the abdomen,dizziness and tinnitus,and loose stools（P<0.05）.（2）Comparison of basal sex hormones:In intra-group comparison,there was significant improvement in FSH,E₂,and LH in both groups of cases after treatment compared to before treatment（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in FSH/LH levels before and after treatment in the treatment group（P>0.05）,and the control group could reduce the FSH/LH ratio（P<0.05）.In the comparison between groups,the effects of the two groups were comparable in FSH,FSH/LH and E₂(（P>0.05）;the treatment group reduced the LH value more strongly than the control group（P<0.05）.（3）Comparison of AFC between the two groups:both the treatment group and the control group could increase patients’AFC（P<0.05）.Between groups,the treatment group was better than the control group P=0.009（<0.01）.（4）Comparison of the total efficacy of the two groups:there were 4 patients in the treatment group with no significant improvement in patient symptoms before and after treatment,with a total effective rate of 87.5%;there were 5 patients with western medicine,with a total effective rate of 84.4%,curing 6 patients in the treatment group（18.75%）,more than 3 patients in the control group（9.38%）,after the rank sum test between the two groups,P=0.388>0.05,suggesting that the treatment group and the control group The effect was comparable.Conclusion:In terms of improving the patients’TCM symptoms,LH,and AFC,the efficacy of Zhuxian Dan plus and minus was better than that of the Western medicine group,and was at the same level as that of the control group in terms of FSH,FSH/LH,and E₂.The efficacy of the two groups was comparable in terms of total effective rate.
