Observation On Timeliness Of 35 Cases Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated By Acupuncture

Objective:This subject adopts the acupuncture therapy. Observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Objective to evaluate and analyze the improvement of the symptoms in patients with lumbar disc herniation. The relationship between the timeliness of observation acupuncture on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Method:This included in the cases of clinical observation for September 2015-April 2016 at Beijing university of Chinese medicine dongzhimen hospital during the acupuncture clinic patients. According to the western medicine diagnostic criteria, and combined with the experiment into, elimination, fall off standard.35 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected. Take acupuncture point:jiaji points (L1-L5), ashi point; Bladder meridian pain:shen shu, da chang shu, wei zhong, cheng shan; Gall bladder meridian pain:huan tiao, yang ling quan, xuan zhong. Using (NRS) Numeric Rating Scale and (Oswestry) disability index score were evaluated on the symptoms of the patients respectively:After the end of treatment, all the data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software, and aided by Chart Swiff. The symptoms increased with the increase of the number of acupuncture, and the improvement was obvious. In eighth times to tenth times the acupuncture treatment entered the flat period. The patient’s condition tends to be stable. It is speculated that acupuncture treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is suitable for eighth times to tenth times.
