Treatment Of TD And Its Effect On T Lymphocyte Subsets By Meditation

Objective:1.To explore the relation between the T lymphocyte subsets and the incidence or the severity of TD,by comparing the level of T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment,meanwhile to see whether there exist some kind of gender difference.2. By observing the symptoms improvement after 3 months of treatment to evaluate the curative effect of Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe,study the feasibity of the "thinking of differentiation from the heart",and try to find a way to improve the curative effect.3. Combining with the experiment results and TD pathogenesis related literature, continue to explore its possible mechanisms from the aspects of immune cells.Methods:The patients of this study were all from the pediatric outpatient department in Guangranmen Hospital and BeiJing Children’s Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,with DSM-V as diagnostic criteria, screening and excluding cases in strict accordance with the group requirements,at last leaving TD group 53 cases, control group 30 cases,by the treatment with Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe 3 months,using the YGTSS score to evaluate the severity of TD before and after the treatment, at the same time using points rate to evaluate the effect of treatment, and monitor the patient’s hepatic and renal function through the entire process of the treatment to ensure medication safety.All the laboratory indexes in this study were measured with flow cytometry, by the Lab Technicians from oncology of Guangranmen Hospital and BeiJing Children’s Hospital, and the research data were analyzed by Software SPSS 20.0 Version.Result:1.53 children with TD after 3 months’treatment, according to the points rate,come to a conclusion that 23 children got remarkable curative effect,19 children got partial curative effect,11 children got little effect,the total effective rate was79.25%.2.the TD group had significantly elevated CD8+T cells levels compared to the control group,and the CD4+T cells, CD4+/CD8+levels were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05both).3.After the treatment, the CD8+T cells levels were significant decreased than before(P<0.05), T cells, CD4+T cells, CD4+/CD8+compared to before with no statistical significance.4.the CD8+T cells levels of boys with TD were higher than girls with TD,the CD4+T cells and CD4+/CD8+levels of boys with TD were lower than girls with TD(P<0.05both),after the treatment,the difference narrowed,and the difference between them with no statistical significance.5. There is no significant relativity between the onset time of TD,or the severity of TD,or the YGTSS score and the T lymphocyte subsets levels.Conclusion:1.By this research,we find that the CD8+T cells levels of children with TD were higher than normal,and could be decreased after treatment, and the difference about T cells, CD4+T cells and CD4+/CD8+were of no statistical significance. So,we can speculate that there may be immune dysfunction in children with TD,and CD8+T cells must play an important role in it.2.The difference of the CD8+T cells levels between boys and girls with TD may be the cause of the high incidence in boys.3. The abnormity of the CD8+T cells levels may cause the TD,but was not associated with the onset time of TD or the severity of TD.4.the total effective rate by the treatment with Jing Xin Zhi Dong recipe was79.25%, it verified it’s significant curative effect again,and fully proved that my mentor’s train of thought is feasible, to treat this diesease we can adopt the method as mental-tranquilization, dispersing liver nourishing blood and relieve dizziness.
