| Purpose:The research analysis the clinical data from 2014 to 2015 hospitalization of the patients those have type 2 diabetes and lower extremity arteriosclerosis obstruction by retrospective study.Analysis the distribution of four kinds TCM Syndromes and the relevant clinically factors of the patients who have DLASO.Then use Meta-analysis method to analysis the effect of Chinese medicine treatment on DLASO,so that to confirm the positive effect of traditional Chinese medicine.Thereby providing a more precise and effective clinical evidence for clinical prevention and treatment DAISO.Material and method:The paper collected 174 patients with type 2 diabetes and lower extremity arteriosclerosis obstruction who were admitted to the hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to January 2015. These patients were diagnosed with Qi and yin deficiency, Yin and yang deficiency, Damp spleen and Yin deficiency and heat syndrome by differential treatment of TCM,and they both the clinical manifestation of blood stasis syndrome. The basic clinical data and clinical physicochemical were indexed into EXCEL form, and the statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS17.0 software.Using descriptive analysis, the statistics data were expressed with mean±standard(—X±S).Measurement data were analyzed and Compared by ANOVA,and use nonparametric test when the variance arrhythmia.Calculated composition ratio and frequency of the count data by using chi square test. The second paper retrieved 26 articles of Chinese medicine treatment of DLASO which were retrieved from the database CNKI, CBM, VIP, Wan Fang,Pub Med and the Cochrane library. To evaluate the quality of the literature included by Jadad scale, and then analyzed by using Rev Man 5.3 software which was provided by Cochrane Collaboration.According to the tests of heterogeneity to choose whether fixed on the effect model or the random effect model. The results were measured by the weighted mean difference, relative odds ratio and 95% confidence interval statistic analysis, used a funnel plot indicates whether there is a publication bias. Results: 1.Including the 174 patients, the syndrome by component ratios were Qi and yin deficiency syndrome(46.55%), Yin and yang deficiency syndrome(21.26%), Damp spleen deficiency syndrome(18.39%) and Yin deficiency and heat syndrome(13.80%),where in Qi and yin deficiency and other syndromes have statistically significant pairwise comparison(P<0.05). 2.The ratio between the male and female is 1.07:1, the number of patients whose age were over 60 were accounted for 62%,the patients’ age of Yin and yang deficiency syndrome is the oldest, which had significant difference compared with Qi and yin deficiency syndrome(P<0.01). 3.The C-peptide in 0min Yin deficiency syndrome and Yin and yang deficiency syndrome compared with statistical significance(P<0.05), in the 30 min and 60 min Yin deficiency syndrome and Qi Yin deficiency syndrome compared with the statistical significance(P<0.05). 4.The TG,CHOL and LDL-C levels of Damp spleen deficiency syndrome were higher than the other three groups, and the HDL-C level lower than the other three groups. And there was statistical significance when it was compared with Yin and yang deficiency syndrome and Qi and yin deficiency syndrome in CHOL(P<0.05);In DBP, Yin and yang deficiency and Qi Yin deficiency compared with statistical significance(P<0.05). 5.DLASO patients with DM had the largest number of patients with high blood pressure, followed by diabetic peripheral neuropathy and blood lipid abnormalities, the leastest number of patients was the diabetic nephropathy. 6.According to the 11 literature, there were statistically significant in total efficiency between traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine total efficiency,P<0.00001;According to the 12 literature, there were statistically significant in total efficiency between using traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine and using western medicine alone,P<0.00001.Which indicated that treatment using both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is more effective than that using western medicine alone, where have statistically significant difference. 7.Including all the literature, 4 articles compared the femoral artery diameter after the treatment, P<0.00001;6 articles compared the superficial femoral artery diameter situation after the treatment, P<0.0001; 4 articles compared the popliteal artery inner diameter after the treatment, P<0.00001;4 articles compared the posterior tibial artery blood vessel diameter situation after the treatment, P<0.00001;10 articles compared the posterior tibial artery blood vessel diameter situation after the treatment, P<0.00001, indicating that the lower limb blood vessel diameter in the test group were better improvement in the comparison group, and there had statistically significant. 8.There were 5 articles compared the level of CHOL after treatment,P=0.04;5 articles compared the level of TG after treatment, P=0.009, which showed that the CHOL and TG levels in the experimental group were lower than the western medicine control group, and the difference had statistically significant. Conclusion: 1. The patients of type 2 diabetes and lower extremity arteriosclerosis obstruction with Qi and yin deficiency syndrome is most common, whose number is more than the deficiency of both Yin and yang, Damp spleen deficiency syndrome and Yin deficiency and heat syndrome by 2-3 times. 2.Mostly of the patients’ age is from 60 to 69;The lipid metabolism of Damp spleen abnormality is most apparent, this may be related to the fat people more wet, spleen deficiency. 3.DLASO patients with DM had the largest number of patients with hypertension, the number of patients with diabetic nephropathy at least, and the patients with macrovascular disease is more than that with microvascular disease. 4.The treatment of Chinese medicine of diabetes and arteriosclerosis obliterans has a more significant effect, and there almost have no adverse reactions. 5.Chinese and Western medicine combination therapy for treating diabetes and arteriosclerosis obliterans better efficacy than single western medicine used. |
