At present, the lack of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Ulcerative colitis drug laws.Purpose:Choice of nearly 10 years of Chinese oral and clyster medicine treatment of Ulcerative colitis of the clinical literature of TCM,the summary of TCM drugs and discussion drug laws,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment of Ulcerative colitis,conducive to the development and application of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:CNKI.net collected since 2005 years of treatment of Ulcerative colitis based on literature, extraction of prescription, establishment of related drugs, prescription, method of treatment and other databases by EXCEL software,statistics and classified for oral and clyster prescription, drug use,nature and flavour,channel entry and efficacy of commonly used drugs,to analysis and summary of relevant frequency clustering by SPSS19.0.By the physicians for the understanding and treatment of Ulcerative colitis, summarized nearly 10 years of traditional Chinese oral and clyster medicine in the treatment of Ulcerative colitis drug treatment rules.Results:1.This study collected a total of 815 documents and 303 drugs, which include 229 oral drugs of 4560 times and 220 clyste drugs of 4260 times.2.The oral drug to the frequency statistics, to the liver, lung, stomach, spleen and kidney;and the clyste drug to the frequency statistics, to the liver, lung, stomach, spleen and heart.3.The application frequency of the top 6 in oral drug is the supplementing formula,heat-clearing formula,carminative formula,formula for diuresis and diffusing dampness,blood-stanching formula and astrigent formula; The application frequency of the top 6 in clyste drug is heat-clearing formula,blood-stanching formula,supplementing formula,astrigent formula,blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal and superficies-resolving formula.4.The main syndrome type were dampness-heat stagnating in spleen,dampness-retention due to spleen deficiency,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and intermingled cold and heat etc. Five;
