Objective:this topic through the collection of nearly10years of Chinese medicinetreatment of amenorrhea clinical research literature of TCM, the statistical analysisof the treatment and drug laws, to explore the traditional Chinese medicine andmedication rule, provide the basis for clinical treatment of traditional Chinesemedicine and the optimization of amenorrhea.Methods:To China HowNet as the main document retrieval means retrieval ofclinical medicine literature from January2003to December2013relatedamenorrhea.By Excel software to ststistical analysis its dialectical medicine,theraptand medication induction.Rsults:the selected68articles, a total of4014cases. The common syndromescommon syndromes:①Qi stagnation and blood stasis type accounted for33%②kidney deficiency type accounted for26%③he liver and kidney deficiency typeaccounted for16%④tagnation of phlegm dampness type accounted for14%⑤the Qiand blood deficiency type accounted for8%⑥the other type accounted for3%. Acommonly used method:①regulating qi and activating blood circulation, removingblood stasis and dredging, accounting for33%②Kidney qi, regulating Chong andRen, accounted for26%③nourishing the liver and kidney, nourishing menstruation,accounting for16%④the spleen and eliminating dampness and phlegm, activatingblood and regulating menstruation, accounting for14%⑤the Qi and spleen,nourishing menstruation, accounting for8%⑥the other treatment accounted for4%.The syndrome of the highest frequency of the12medicines:①Qi stagnation and blood stasis type: Angelica, peach kernel, safflower, Achyranthes root, bupleurum,Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Cyperi,raw land, leech, Fructus aurantii;②kidney deficiency type: Angelica, dodder, RadixRehmanniae Preparata, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Astragali,Radix Morindae Officinalis, wolfberry fruit, epimedium, radix salviae miltiorrhizae,raspberry, Achyranthes bidentata;③liver and kidney deficiency type: Radixrehmanniae, Radix Angelicae sinensis, Fructus Corni, yam, tuckahoe, RhizomaCyperi, medlar, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Bupleuri, tortoise plastron, Ligustrumlucidum, motherwort;④the type of stagnation of phlegm damp: Atractylodes rhizome,tangerine peel, pinellia, Poria, Rhizoma Arisaematis, Cyperus rotundus, Fructusaurantii, barrenwort, Morinda officinalis day, angelica, chuanxiong, RadixGlycyrrhizae;⑤the Qi and blood deficiency type: Angelica, Codonopsis,Atractylodes, licorice, prepared rhizome of rehmannia, white peony root, tuckahoe,Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Cyperi, astragalus, Chinese yam, jujube seed.Conclusion: Amenorrhea is common in clinic of TCM syndromes in Qi stagnationand blood stasis, kidney qi deficiency and liver and kidney deficiency type, followedby stagnation of phlegm dampness type and deficiency of Qi and bloodtype.Treatment and medication of the main syndrome of amenorrhea:①Qi stagnationand blood stasis, removing blood stasis and dredging in regulating qi and activatingblood circulation, commonly used drugs for angelica, peach kernel, safflower,Achyranthes root, bupleurum, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Paeoniae Alba, RhizomaChuanxiong, Rhizoma Cyperi, raw land, leech, Fructus aurantii;②Kidney qideficiency in kidney qi, regulating Chong and Ren, commonly used drugs: Angelica,dodder, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Astragali, Radix Morindae Officinalis, medlar, radix salviae miltiorrhizae,epimedium, raspberry, Achyranthes bidentata;③Liver and kidney deficiency type tonourish liver and kidney, nourishing menstruation, commonly used drugs: preparedrhizome of rehmannia, angelica, dogwood, Poria, Rhizoma Cyperi, yam, medlar,tortoise plastron, Radix Paeoniae Alba, bupleurum, Ligustrum lucidum, motherwort;④Type of stagnation of phlegm damp in the spleen and eliminating dampness andphlegm, Huoxue Tiaojing, commonly used drugs: Rhizoma Atractylodis, pinellia,dried tangerine peel, Poria, Rhizoma Arisaematis, Cyperus rotundus, Fructus aurantii,barrenwort, Morinda officinalis, Angelica sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix glycyrrhizae;⑤Qi and blood deficiency type to Qi and spleen, nourishingmenstruation, commonly used drugs: Angelica, Atractylodes, Radix Codonopsis,Radix Paeoniae Alba, radix rehmanniae, liquorice, Poria, Radix Astragali, RhizomaChuanxiong, Rhizoma Cyperi, yam, jujube seed.
