Clinical Study On Improving The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Functional Nasal Endoscopy After

Purpose:To explore the effect of Bishu Heji in the treatment of functional nasal endoscopic surgery in chronic nasal- sinusitis and observed the improvement of the quality of life.Method:According to the principle of random,divided the 60 patients with chronic nasal sinusitis treated by functional endoscopic sinus surgery into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with oral administration of nasal and Bishu Heji and the routine treatment after operation.The control group received conventional treatment of oral Eucalyptol linonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules with the routine treatment after operation.Bishu Heji and Eucalyptol linonene pinene enteric soft capsule for postoperative oral,the total course of treatment was three month..Lund-Kennedy was used to assessment the postoperative recovery of the cavity of the patient,in the first and third month.At the same time,SNOT-20 was used to evaluate the quality of life.All patients underwent nasal endoscopic examination before surgery fill in the Lund-Kennedy and the SNOT-20. Postoperative 1 month and 3 months for review, again by nasal endoscopy to the cleanliness of the objective record of the operative cavity, objective to fill in the evaluation forms; also fill the scale SNOT-20 selection and their best to the symptom to answer questions. requirements of 60 cases of postoperative patients answered all the problems of scale and in SNOT-20 should also answer 20 items on their influence the largest of the five entries.Results: 1.Treatment group and control group in gender, age, SNOT- 20 score, Lund- Kennedy score data by statistical analysis no statistical difference(p > 0.05), suggesting the two groups were compared.before the poeration. 2. Lund- Kennedy score: There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),suggesting the two groups were compared.before the poeration.After 1 months, the treatment group was lower than the control group,statistical analysis was statistically significant;After 3 months of treatment group and control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups,and there was no statistical significance. 3.SNOT- 20 grades:There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),suggesting the two groups were compared.before the poeration.After 1 months,There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group at 1 months after operation(P<0.01)(SNOT-20),but there was no significant difference between the 3 months after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Lund-Kennedy scores of the treatment group were lower than those in the control group at 1 months after operation,Showed that Bishu Heji in improving patient curative effect after operation for 1 months with oral Eucalyptol linonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules significantly;There was no significant difference between the two groups at 3 months after operation, and the results showed that the 3 groups had the same effect after two months.The SNOT-20 score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group at 1 months after operation,Showed that Bishu Heji at 1 months postoperatively in improving the quality of life is better than that of oral Eucalyptol linonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules;There was no significant difference between the two groups after 3 months of operation, and the results showed that the quality of life was the same in the 3 months after the operation.
