Study On Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With "Atmospheric Sagging" By

Purpose: As to research on the patients with chronic heart failure, to observe the influence of the Shengxian Decoction in cardiac function,clinical symptoms,the readmission rate and quality of life.Methods:To choose the inclusion criteria of 160 patients with chronic heart failure, they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group(80 cases each group). The control group only treated with western medicine routine treatment, the treatment group added the Shengxian Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy. One month was for a period of treatment, after 3 courses we reviewed relevant data and follow-up visited. Assessed the efficacy of treatment by contrast in cardiac function classification, Chinese medicine symptom scores, the related parameters and the quality of life rating scale between before and after the treatment. In the actual study, the control group was shed in 2 cases, effective in 78 cases, 5 cases in the treatment group and 75 cases in the treatment group.Results: 1、Two groups of TCM symptom scores were significantly decreased after treatment(P < 0.01), but the treatment group reduced more obviously(P < 0.01). 2、The grade of the cardiac function in the two groups had evident curative effect(P < 0.01), two groups on the efficient there was no significant different(P > 0.05), but curative degree in treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.01). 3、The distance in 6 minutes walk test of two groups after treatment were significantly increased(P < 0.01), but the farther distance increased in treatment group(P < 0.05). The BNP had significantly decreased in both groups after the treatment, but the degree of its change in treatment group was more obvious(P < 0.05). 4、 The SV, EF, LVD after the treatment had visible differences in both groups(P < 0.05),but all the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups. 5、The hospitalization rates of treatment group was obviously less than control group during 3 months(P < 0.05). Analyzing on the readmission etiology, there was no significant difference in the development on heart failure, but there were obvious difference in the distribution of lung infection and other causes because the number of people admitted to hospital with lung infection in treatment group was visibly less than control group(P < 0.01). 6、The scores of life quality after treatment in two groups were significantly decreased in two groups(P < 0.01), but the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion: 1、 The treatment of chronic heart failure with the Shengxian Decoction can obviously improve cardiac output and enhance the level of tolerated activity. 2、 The Shengxian Decoction can treat chronic heart failure through lifting the Yang pneuma, invigorating the blood circulation and producing detumescence, what can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients’ pneuma subsidence. 3、 The Shengxian Decoction can obviously reduce the patient’s readmission rate and improve the quality of life after the treatment of chronic heart failure.
