The method reinforce the activity of SERCA and improve the energy supply, make sarcoplasmic reticulum intake more Ca²⁺ and depress the concentration of Ca²⁺ in endochylema, so as to reverse the intracellular calcium overload and improve the he systolic diastolic cardiac function.
