| Objects:The purpose of this study is to compare the solid gastric emptying time concordance between the method of 13C-labeled octanoicacid breath test and 99Tc-labeled solid meal scintigraphy in Roux-en-Y reconstruction after distalgastrectomy.Methods:A total of 20 patients with Roux-en-Y reconstruction after distalgastrectomy in Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University, Huangdao general surgery from March 2015 to October 2015, conluding 12 men,8women;mean age 58.5 years,range 39-73 years.Paired for the test itself, take self-control.That is, each objects was taken the solid gastric emptying and delay time with two methods A and B. Method A was 13C-labeled octanoicacid breath test method and method B was 99Tc-labeled solid meal scintigraphy. Then, to compare correlation, consistency between two methods by ststistical analysis.Results:1.In method A, mean（±s） t1/213 C was 124.4（±30.6） minutes,mean（±s）t lag13 C was mean（±s）t1/213 C 68.6（±24.5）minutes. In method B,mean（±s） T1/2Tc was 82.1（±15.3） minutes, mean（±s） lag Tc was 30.4（±10.6）minutes. 2.The coreelation between methods A and B was highly significant（r=0.838,p<0.01）. 3.The concordance of methods A and B was good（Bland and Altman method）.Conclusion:There are highly significant correlation and good concordance between GE13 C and GE Tc. Furthermore, GE13 C with more advantages in clinic than GE Tc. So, it should be widely usede in clinical in the fulture. |
