Objective:To investigate the relationship between urine miR-126,miR-152 expression and the clinicopathological parameters of bladder cancer, and evaluate its clinical value as early diagnosis markers. Methods: Urine miR-126,miR-152 of 40 cases of healthy controls and 52 patients with bladder cancer were assayed by RT-PCR,, total urine RNAs was extracted, and its association with clinical pathological features of bladder cancer was analyzed, and its diagnostic value was evaluated by the ROC curve. Results: In contrast to controls, the level of urine miR-126 of bladder cancer patients was significantly raised(P<0.01), however, it significantly negatively correlated with histologic grade(P<0.05).In addition, the expression of urine miR-126 was significantly related to tumor size, tumor number and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not related to age, sex or TMN stage(P>0.05).Using ROC curve analysis the urine miR-126 in the diagnosis of bladder tumor AUC was0.861,when set optimal cutoff point 7.475, the sensitivity and specificity of miR-126 in the diagnosis of bladder tumor was 75.0 %, 81.2% respectively. miR-126 combine with miR-152 identify bladder cancer was commendable, the sensitivity and specificity was76.5%,83.6% respectively. Conclusions: The expression levels of miR-126 in patients’ urine of bladder cancer were significantly increased and closely related to the degree of disease progression, indicating that miR-126 may play a role in the progress of occurrence and development of bladder cancer, and has the vital significance for early diagnosis of this disease.,miR-126 combine with miR-152 have potential value to the early diagnosis of bladder cancer.
