A Summary Of Historical

This thesis gives a general description of the Li(历类)oracle inscriptions.The content includes the following five chapters.The first chapter reviews the classification and breaking agents theories and the Li(历类)oracle inscriptions’s proposition,and also summes up the predecessors’s discussion on the age of the Li(历类)oracle inscriptions.The second chapter summarizes the characteristics of the various subclasses of the Li(历类)oracle inscriptions, from the perspective of the main title, the type of writing,the normal inscriptions,and so on.The third chapter reviews the sacrificing of the Li(历类)oracle inscriptions, and outlines a series of sacrificing activities that appear in the Li(历类)oracle inscriptions.The fourth chapter reviews the war of the Li(历类)oracle inscriptions, mainly describs the opposing enemies and the people entered of the Shang Dynasty.The fifth chapter reviews the characteristics of the hunting of the Li(历类)oracle inscriptions, and the relation between hunting and sacrificing, the relation between hunting and weather.Appendix gives a seaming of the Li(历类)oracle inscriptions.
