Since the development of piano performance, the orchestral acoustics to be reflectedon the piano. More and more piano solos have been shown “orchestra” acousticscharacteristics. Particularly, the close connection between Ravel piano works withorchestral works is prominent. It is worth regarding as a research project on the“orchestra” acoustics of piano for performers.This paper chose Ravel’s Une barque sur l’Océan with “orchestra” acoustics featuresas a case study. Firstly, analyses the music score directed against the “orchestra”acoustics, from the perspective of performance. Looking for the foundation thatformed the “orchestra” acoustics from the music score. On this basis, conceived theplaying with musical content and the “orchestra” acoustics. Highlights thethree-dimensional and color diversified “orchestra” acoustics with volume and tonechanging.
