Since this legend was introduced into South Korea, it has been endowed withunique national style. Nowadays, it also has a great value in application of moderneducation. Learning this legend can cultivate students’ imagination and creativityã€stimulate students’ study enthusiasm and even improve the students’ language ability.What’s more, by studying this legend, students can understand the national featuresand values in it.In view of the above education value, this legend has been incorporated intotextbooks in both countries. Whether in China or in South Korea, each educationabout the teaching of this legend has advantages and disadvantages. In China,although this legend is widely used in teaching, there are still a lot of problems init.For example, Chinese teachers often use a lot of literatures for teaching in order toexplore a variety of value about it, such as classical poetryã€modern poetryã€technology essayã€expositionã€narration and so on. But we have to accept that teachersin China usually do not take the link between teaching purpose and real life, and eventhe teaching methods and the forms are too single.Although in the way of education,there is a big difference in China and South Korea,the special purpose of educationand the education object can also provide some references for China."By other’s faults, wise men correct their own." Because of the difference inideologyã€academic backgroundã€knowledge structureã€teaching perspectiveã€teachingobjectives and teaching methods,teaching on the cowherd and the weaving maidenlegend in Korea has its own characteristics and specialties. If we summarize andanalyze these characteristics and specialties constantly,we can deepen and broadenthe fields of oversea teaching on this legend.Therefore,by comparing different teaching situation in China and Korea, we canoutline the advantages and disadvantages in Korea’s teaching on this legend and make a critical reference on its content, approach and perspective. Moreover, this study willprovide useful sources and creative ideas for future teaching of this legend in China.So, teachers should not only have the abstract thought and the thinking in images,butalso inspiration thought and intuition thought during their teaching,and they shouldimprove the ability of taking the link between teaching purpose and real life. I thinkthese experience not only help to improve the domestic current situation of theteaching about the cowherd and the weaving maiden legend, but also can be used forthe teaching application of other legends in China. |
