| The vital action of human being is eating and drinking. Ther are many frequently used words related with eating and drinking in the language of Mongolain and Chinese. In this research work the frequently used words of food and beverage in the 2 languages were analyzed and compared with the method of contrastive language theory, semantic field theory and Cognitive language theory. The adventage of the research is that the verbs in the terms of food and beverage of Mongolian and Chinese languages are analyzed in detail in its semantic field first time. The components of the research contexts are constructed by following as:The first chapter consists of foreword, research purpose, research area, the methodology of research and research document and materials. In the second chapter, the frequently used verbs in the terms of food and beverage of Mongolian and Chinese languages are analyzed in detail in its semantic level separately.On the basis of theory of semantic field study Fu hai qing’s semantic field of Chinese and Mongolian comparison and analysis were done with the frequently used verbs for food and beverage. The third chapter the frequently used verbs of food and beverage in Mongolian and Chinese are explained with comparison from the view point of Cognitive language theory. In this research work the theory of metaphor in the cognitive language theory has studied from the view point of cognitive language. The general type and particular character of the Metaphor of the frequently used verbs in Mongolian and Chinese were researched and analyzed as well. In the fourth chapter, the usage of the frequently used verbs of food and beverage in Mongolian and Chinese, and its usage of cultural and social side were studied. With these sides of the research the different parts of cross culture issues of Mongolia and China were explained out. The fifth chapter is containing the concluding statements of the research work. |
