Through the Chinese Classroom anxiety scale, Speaking Strategy Inventory for Chinese Learning and Chinese oral fluency etc. eight indexes, the paper had made an investigation of overseas students, and analyzed the basic situation of their Chinese learning anxiety, oral Chinese learning strategies and oral Chinese fluency, and the relations between the three were discussed.The result of the investigation indicates, the Chinese learning anxiety and oral Chinese learning strategies of overseas students are affected by their individual differences, such as gender, nationality and learning time. Firstly, the Chinese learning anxiety of female is significant higher than male; secondly, there is a significant difference at Chinese learning anxiety of different learning time group; thirdly, in the usage frequency of memory strategies, African students is significant higher than Asian students; lastly, in the usage of affective strategies, there is a significant difference at different learning time group.As to the relationship of variables among these three indexes, firstly, Chinese learning anxiety is negatively correlated with the time index, the accuracy index, and positively correlated with the expression index. Secondly, social strategies, meta-cognitive strategies and memory strategies are positively correlated with time index; compensation strategies is negatively correlated with expression index; and the affective strategies is positively correlated with time index, negatively correlated with the accuracy index. Thirdly, Chinese learning anxiety has a negative influence on their using of memory strategies. Lastly, through the mediating effect test we find that the memory strategies have partial mediating effect between the Chinese learning anxiety and Chinese oral fluency.At last, based on the Krashen’s Monitor Model, Levelt’s Model of Speech Production and Anderson’s ACT Model, we make an explanation of the relationships among Chinese learning anxiety, speaking strategies and oral fluency.
