Johannes Brahms is a representative figure of Romantic period in German School. From the 19 th century, quietly rising romantic music, composers dedicated to emancipate the mind, an attempt to vent their feelings into music with their works full of warm and strong emotions. Although Brahms was at the peak of the Romantic period, but his early love of classical works, made him more aware of how to restrain the moment the Romantic Period wild wild and free rational creation. Early Works of Brahms piano works,especially three piano sonatas, had made him one of the world music stepping stone. This paper attempts to take his Piano Sonata No. 3 in f minor to further analysis of his early music styles and render through text analysis of the work.
