Its tendency is related to time management quality and efficiency of their learning, for them to carry out academic planning and implementation of an important role. For the current research time management tendency quite good, but the study focused on the student population among the population in order to graduate as a few research studies objects. Therefore, in order to graduate population as object of study, the level of their time management disposition is very necessary. In the study in various colleges of Yangzhou University 373 postgraduate students as the research object, through survey research methods, the use of "Time Management Disposition Scale", "achievement motivation scale" and "Academic Procrastination Scale" as research tools, time management disposition graduate, Present achievement motivation and learning delays and the relationship between the three in-depth study. Research indicates:(1) Graduate time management disposition, time value and time control efficacy are higher than average. Different students of graduates on time management disposition and time management disposition of three dimensions are significant differences; graduate of the overall level of achievement motivation is not very high, which at different grades and different begotten presence of graduate achievement motivation significant differences; more than half of the students there is the phenomenon of academic procrastination moderate, and different grades and different professional graduate studies there are significant differences in delay.(2) The time management disposition and achievement motivation of graduates is related, where the pursuit of success motivation there is a significant positive correlation;with avoiding failure motive there is no significant correlation. Time management disposition time efficacy and time control dimensions and achievement motivation there is a significant positive relevant, and time value and achievement motivation there is no significant correlation.(3) Postgraduate achievement motivation and academic procrastination significant negative correlation, which failed to avoid procrastination tendency work motivation andacademic significant positive correlation.(4) Time management disposition and graduate academic procrastination are significant negative correlation;The three dimensions of time management are significant negative related with the academic procrastination.(5) Time management disposition of postgraduate students can predict the academic procrastination; the time control on academic procrastination has significant predictive power, and the time value and time-efficacy for academic procrastination is not a significant predictive power.
