The eighteen Congress of the Communist Party China support trade unions, the Communist Youth League proposed, women’s federations and other mass organizations to give full play to the role of bridge, to better reflect the voice of the masses, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the masses.The role of trade unions in the hub of social organization in the new period, is an exploration of the management system of socialist Chinesecharacteristic, is the activation of a way people’s organizationsparticipating in social management and public service,is a path under the new situation, the establishment of a sound social mobilization mechanism,arouse social vitality, improve the capabilities of social organizations.The trade union is an important part of social participation in social management. In recent years, research in social management union hub type social organization received widespread attention from scholars from all walks of life.The hub of social organizations in the practice of participation in social management also showed some good methods, and achieved certain results in the improvement of social management.The study on the hub of social organizations participating social management for the promotion of China’s social management has important practical significance to the formation of "small government, big society" of social management pattern.In this paper, Nanjing City Federation of trade unions for the survey, select one representative of the industry associations and workers associations of case analysis. And I selected one representative of the industry associations and workers associations as case analysis.I used the symposium and questionnaire survey as the research method in order to seek out the advanced experience of trade unions participation in social management and the main factors hindering Nanjing Union Terminal social organizations to participate in social management. The artcle summaried the Nanjing union to participate in social managements and experience the domestic and foreign trade hub organizations to participate in social management experience.Finally,according to the problem found by the survey,puts forward some suggestions of union hub type social organizations to participate in social management from concept,mechanism and method. This paper is divided into six parts: The first chapter introduces the research origin, domestic and foreign research results and trends, concept definition, research method and the innovation of the thesis;The second chapter reviews the domestic and foreign hub type social organization basic experience of participation in social management;The third chapter analyses empirically on Nanj ing’s trade union hub of social organizations to participate in social management by interviews and questionnaire;The fourth chapter is the restricting factors of participation in social management of Nanjing Federation of trade unions;The fifth chapter is the study of participation in social management mode of Nangjing Federation of trade unions;The sixth chapter puts forward some suggestions of union hub type social organizations to participate in social management from concept, mechanism and method.
