The structure of address space in traditional OPC server is simple, so the server can only focus on the collection and exchange of device's real-time data, it is not conducive to the management and maintenance of device. This paper uses a new OPC Unified Architecture Specification to address the above issues. It's supports data, alarms and events information integrated into a unified address space, which makes information integration of the device level, operational level and enterprise level as possible.Adress space is the core of OPC UA. The implementation of adress space are researched and analyzed in this paper. Development of the basic UA server which uses.NET platform and C# language realized the address space-related services. By using hierarchical node management structure, the Node Manager interface which create and manage address space are designed. In addition, presents the scheme of combined with OPC UA and EDDL technology to realize the complete device information mapped to the OPC UA address space structure.
