The traditional way of industrial control is achieved by wire, with the development of science and technology , disadvantages of wired transmission such as routing problems,difficult to check the line fault and can not move freely have becoming increasingly prominent. The development of integrated circuit make wireless communications technology easier to achieve, data transmission speeds become more and more faster, people's need to get rid of the cable restraint promote information accession transmit from wired to wireless. This paper presents a wireless transmission system, use 32-bit main controller LPC2148 to control data collection, data transfer through SPI to wireless sending, finally through the receiver module and USB read data back to the host computer, this avoid the shortcomings of cable transmission and have a strong ability to suppress interference.This paper introduces the research background of the system, compare several short-range wireless communication of their strengths and weaknesses and ultimately select short-distance low-power wireless communication technology, implement it with chip nRF24L01 by NORDIC company; introduce some related theories in communication such as system structure,performance metrics,transmission damage,frequency modulation,error control and so on; establish the overall framework of the transmission system, analyze the workflow and state transition of the whole system; discuss the hardware design of the system in detail ,highlight components and principles of the transmitting circuit and receiving circuit ,including the amplification and filter module,power module, main controller module and SPI interfaces which connect controller and wireless module ;describe the software design of the system in detail, including the main program and the procedure for receiving and sending, introduce its process separately, finally analyze the whole system's debugging process, verify its correctness step by step, and experiment with different distance, analyze the experimental results and the problems in the debugging process and propose solutions.
