Recently, the usual methods of measuring shock wave are down-lead electronic measurement and storage measurement, which are based on lineate data transmission manner and have several disadvantages in application area. For the first method, the long line may become the weakness tache in the system; while the second method can't real-time monitor the state of system running and can't read the measuring data expediently. We must not recycle the measuring equipment rightly and insert the special reading cable to read the measuring data until the explode finishes. With the development of short distance wireless communication technique, applying the wireless transmission technique to the shockwave measurement domain already becomes a trend. This paper combines the conventional storage measurement technique with the rising wireless communication technique, designing the wireless data transmission system which applies in the shock wave measurement to solve several problems that lineate cable brings in by locate equipment's wireless manner.According to the design request of shock wave measurement, this paper selects micro-power wireless communication technique as the solving scheme for the shock wave measurement. In order to satisfy the need of high speed data transmission , this paper selects nRF24L01 as the system's high speed wireless RF chip,selects USB as the communication interface with the computer and selects PIC single chip as the MCU, with these the total design scheme has been finished. The total wireless transmission system is composed of slave-control system which connects the storage measurement system and master-control system that connects the computer. According to their structural character, RF circuit,control circuit,interface circuit and power circuit have been designed respectively. Aiming at extending the communication distance, power amply circuit is also designed. As the realization of wireless transmission function can't leave software system, this paper respectively designs the control programs for the slave-control system and master-control system, some sub-programs such as connecting the measurement system,power on,parameter initializing,pressure measurement with own checking,speed measurement with own checking,debug balance and reading the measuring data have also been designed, and besides proposing two schemes for dealing with the measuring data.At the end of this paper, the wireless transmission system with the storage measurement system have been debugged together to do some experiments for the wireless transmission of control command and the measuring data, besides the average transmission speed and transmission distance for this system have also been measured. The result of measuring realizes that the designed wireless data transmission system can apply in the small quantity shock wave measurement, and can effectively realize wireless data transmission at the speed of 450Kps within 200 meters.
