Design And Implementation Of Educational Administration System In Network Education Based On Knowledge Sharing

Educational administration is the basis of management tasks in universities, and the informationization of educational administration is an important part of education modernization. Now, the development of educational administration system is actively pushed in universities. Comparing to the traditional higher education, network education is a new style, and the educational administration systems based on its characteristics are rare. In addition, the information and knowledge of educational administration is continuously created and accumulated by the educational administration managers. The variety and decentralization of teaching centers decides that there are natural barriers in the process of transferring and communicating these information and knowledge between educational administration managers, so the favoring developing of educational administration tasks is blocked, and unnecessary troubles are produced.Focus on the problems above, referring to the successful experience of traditional educational administration system construction and knowledge management theory and practice in the field of enterprises, this paper brings the concept of knowledge sharing to educational administration system of network education, designs and carries out one educational administration system in network education based on knowledge sharing.At first, this paper analyses the demand characteristics, the operation processes of educational administration and the knowledge system in network education. On this basis, this paper entirely designs this system, including the functional modeling oriented to object using UML, database design and repository design. And then, this paper detailedly designs three main function modules—system management, basic transaction and knowledge sharing, point out the concrete transaction and the roles and arithmetic in every son modules, and constructs one knowledge sharing system that centers on a repository and is dynamically contacted by several knowledge management modules. At last, this paper introduces the choice of network structure, the technical solution and the interface picture of basic operations and knowledge sharing on web.The educational administration system of network education based on knowledge sharing designed and completed by this paper not only ensures the uniform store of basic transaction data, but also facilitates the sharing of explicit knowledge and tacit experiences in educational administration. Thereby this system lightens the burden of educationaladministration managers, enhances the efficiency of educational administration tasks, and helps to create the atmosphere of knowledge sharing in educational administration departments. Now, this system is trialed hi Network Education of Continuing Education School of DUT, and through the practical application in certain scope, the validity and practicability of this system is proved.
