Design And Safety Management Of Educational Administration System In Network Education

Educational administration is the basis of management tasks in universities, and the informationization of educational administration is an important part of education modernization. Now, the development of educational administration system is actively pushed in universities. Comparing to the traditional higher education, network education is a new style, and the educational administration systems based on its characteristics are rare. In addition, the information and knowledge of educational administration is continuously created and accumulated by the educational administration managers. The variety and decentralization of teaching centers decides that there are natural barriers in the process of transferring and communicating these information and knowledge between educational administration managers, so the favoring developing of educational administration tasks is blocked, and unnecessary troubles are produced.Focus on the problems above, referring to the successful experience of traditional educational administration system construction and safety management theory and practice, this paper brings the concept of knowledge sharing to educational administration system of network education, designs and carries out one educational administration system network education based on safety.At first, this paper analyses the demand characteristics ,the operation processes of educational administration. On this basis, this paper entirely designs this system, including the functional modeling, database design and repository design. And then, this paper detailed designs three main function modules--system management, basic transaction and safety implementation, point out the concrete transaction and the roles and arithmetic in every son modules, and constructs one knowledge sharing system that centers on a repository and is dynamically contacted by several knowledge management modules. At last, this paper introduces the choice of network structure and the interface picture of basic operations on web.This paper is mainly in theory, analyses the factors of insecurity that led to the current system of educational administration system. We take the concept of security, as well as the current status of several relatively mature technologies for a brief description of the security. Meanwhile, the information systems modules introduction and overview and analysis of demand and the module design.
