Development Of The Intelligent Electromagnetic Flowmeter System Based On Intel 80C196KC

With the constant development of science and technology, the application of the technology of the computer and micro electronics is more and more extensive. After analyzing the present situations of flowmeters, applications of single-chip computers in flow measurement meter, and the development trends of flowmeters, the design idea of the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter based on the microprocessor of Intel 80C196KC are put forward, on this basis, the hardware system and software module of microprocessor based the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter are developed.On the design of the electromagnetic flowmeter hardware system, we mainly discuss the excitation wave system, the analog-digital conversion circuit, the LCD display circuit and the system anti-interference circuit. And we design the electromagnetic flowmeter hardware circuit, and finish the corresponding PCB. On the design of the electromagnetic flowmeter software system, we adopt the C196 language as the program tool based on the Intel 80C196KC. We adopt the modular designing method, and make full use of the functions what the MCU offers. As a result, the following subroutines are programmed: the optional excitation models, A/D sample, the flux compute, the keyboard management, and the LCD display. These designs not only simplified the program structure, but also improved real-time performance, security, and precision of the system. Moreover, the time of debug the system's software is saved. After finishing the program, it is showed that the optional excitation model is convenient, and data's confidentiality and the system's anti-interference functions are very strong.The development of this item will make better the software of C196 for the single-chip Intel 80C 196KC and be beneficial to improving the electromagnetic flow measure technology of our country.
