The Research And Design Of Synthesize Warning System Of Three Police Affairs

For improving efficiency of working and management in police force, using advanced IT (information technology) technologies, the analysis, design, implementation of synthesize warning system with three police affairs are studied and discussed, a new solution based on voice over network is proposed. The main work is as follows:First, the system is analyzed, including requirement anlysis of system, and use case anlysis of receiving&transaction system and superintend&manoeuvre system. Use case anlysis of system is applied to decide the bondary and functions of the system. Second, the system is designed using UML technology. Receiving&transaction system and superintend&manoeuvre system composed by eight sub-fuctions of logging-in, connecting, receiving alarm, analyzing information, editing scheme, sending command, collecting information and voice communication. The function design and process design of those sub-fuctions are also obtained. Then, analyzed the call management of system. According to the analysis, call management divided into eight services, which are basic service, holding service, transfer service, truning service, routing service, invalidation disposing service, conference service, withdraw call service. After that, the call management is designed with SIP protocol. According to the analysis, designed the call rulers ,message sequence of eight services with SIP. Finally, implemented call management of system with oSIP.
