The Application Of Semantic Web Technology In Knowledge Base System

The article takes the HSRDB(High-Speed Railway DataBase) as platform, to introduce the concepts and theories such as Semantic Web technology, Wiki technology, knowledge management, get experience from domestic and foreign latest research achivement, and learn the theoretical basis of Semantic Web and knowledge management, research the application of Semantic Web technology and Wiki technology in the Knowledge Base system by the design and realization of the Semantic Knowledge-sharing System, explore the solution of the construction approach of Knowledge Base and Ontology.As the design of system, I had learned the successful experience of Wikipedia and Baidu Baike; and in the realization of the system, I had used many Open Source tools and framework such as Struts2, Hibernate, Spring, Acegi, Protege, Jena and so on. The system is a J2EE based B/S semantic knowledge-sharing information management system, and its purpose is realizing the dominant change of recessive knowledge and structuring of knowledge, and exploring the way of bidirectional optimization between the Wiki platform and Ontology.
