Development Of Semantic Knowledge Base And Service System Based On Library Resources

With the rapid development of economy and culture, the important role of knowledge as well as the value of knowledge has received increasingly attention and recognition from all sectors of society. Knowledge management and knowledge engineering gradually become hot topics in the study of many scholars and enterprises. All type of knowledge resources have closely related with library, which contains all kinds of disciplines, a variety of carrier, and huge numbers of literature resources. With the rapid development of computer and network technology, knowledge management and knowledge service have faced with many urgent problems and challenges.This paper are researched to solve the questions related to knowledge service, and then implement a service platform based on the semantic knowledge base of collection resources.Then, we analysed the characteristics of literature resources and proposing the semantic knowledge base framework of hierarchical collection resources adopting bottom-up building thought, taking needs of customers as the starting point. After that, implement the semantic knowledge base including library resources database and the Taiwan issue database take the ontology as core according to the design above. The paper used the theory of composite ontology and realized Taiwan composite construction of ontology from the external features and content features of library resources.On the basis of semantic knowledge base, the article used the Python programming language and the Django framework to realize semantic knowledge service platform, including functions of knowledge retrieval, knowledge recommendation, econometric analysis and knowledge management.As the same time, this article puts forward the solution based on the NoSQL, a kind of map database storage, to store ontology, which can effectively reduces the loss of semantic in traditional relational database.
