Medical records are the main embodiment of medical information in hospital. The administration of medical records, aiming at serving the hospital and the society, and having proceeded from medical records storage to scientific, standardized, and information-based medical administration system, has reached the stage of hygienic information administration,and thus has engendered a large amount of valuable information. The utilization of medical records serves as both the starting point and the ultimate target of medical records administration. Therefore, to develop the process supervision and administrative system of medical records is an indispensable part for information-based administration. What's more, to administrate and contral the medical records will lead to the standardization, procedure-basedness, and systematization of the administration of medical records, meet the demands of laws and codes, and avoid medical disputes, where lies the significance of this thesis.This thesis, adopting the software engineer method (structured method of exploration), carries out the study on the analysis, design, and realization of the process supervision and administrative system of medical records, which enables the sharing of data in such aspects as the administration, lending, printing of medical records, and the process supervision. In addition, it can also help in the checking and control of the quality of medical records, with the advantage of keeping the security of data.
