Research And Implementation Of Industry Application Gateway In Mobile Communication Networks

With the rapid development of the group customer mobile information technology, the clients of company group and industry have become the marketing focus for telecom operators. The demand of using various types of mobile data services and enterprise mobile office is increasing, which speedup the construction of Industry Application Gateway. Enterprise customers want to provide their unique services to employees and customers, for example, internal management, customer communication and promotional information service, etc. IAGW is the access and management platform of the group's services, by using different tools like SMS or MMS, which comply with business need of enterprise customer or service integrator. In the meantime, it enables the management function for authentication of group's services and ordering relationship.Industrial applications have become important tools of mobile office and customer service for the users in different industries, and the in-depth research and implementation of IAGW services function is the effective way of enhancing service quality, setting up the company image and brand. After XX Telecom acquired CDMA network in 2008, XX Telecom became a new entrant of mobile communications, currently still lack of value-added applications. So we need continuous promotion for our product or service, expand the scale of telecom operator's customers, increase customer awareness and customer satisfaction.This thesis took IAGW construction as an example, introduced the SMPP protocol, and described the system & external interface structure of IAGW as well as respective modules. Based on SMPP protocol, functions and interfaces of each IAGW module and signaling, the thesis completed the design and implementation of IAGW typical business process.
