Practices of oil and gas exploration have proved that acidolysis hydrocarbon and dissolved hydrocarbon is the most direct and effective indicator in soil and water geochemistry. However, the existing mature hydrocarbons analysis instrument only analysis gas samples. These requires the geochemical samples must pretreatment to analysis. The present domestic oil and gas hydrocarbons analysis technique has reached the international advanced level. But on one hand, the current oil and gas hydrocarbons sample pretreatment system is at the relatively backward stage from manual to semi-automatic period, which performs as trival operating, not-high automation degree, low accuracy, too much intermediate links, poor stability and less means of methods, technology research and development ability. On the other hand, current construction lacks portable Hydrocarbons geochemical exploration samples pretreatment suitable to field testing.In order to change sample pretreatment technology situation, especially for pretreatment of acidolysis hydrocarbon and dissolved hydrocarbon, research acidolysis hydrocarbon and dissolved hydrocarbon pretreatment system to adapt existing hydrocarbons analysis technology. Therefore, hydrocarbons pretreatment techniques connect with advanced analysis to promote the fast development of oil and gas geochemical exploration technology of our country. Accordingly, this paper focuses on the research and development of new liquid level sensor and temperature sensor pretreatment system with high degree of automation to reduce the operation strength. And two operational systems would be researched and developed: one could control many instruments to degas at the same time, and another is portable to field testing.Intelligent pretreatment system for acidolysis hydrocarbon and dissolved hydrocarbon could be divided to degas unit and controlling system. This paper compare and analyze the pretreatment condition and degassing process of liquid level sensor samples and temperature sensor samples. This plan finds out degassing condition is similar to degassing process that both could be integrated into one system and, because of this, the degassing unit available for both liquid level sensor pretreatment and temperature sensor pretreatment. Controlling system is developed on the base of PLC series from German Siemens S7-200, and two system have been developed: one large-scale for matching the computer controlling system available for operating various (≤5) system for in-door treatment of quantities of samples; Another one is portable and directly-operational system for controlling single degassing instrument and with its small volume suitable for wild field testing. The controlling system could operate automatically degassing unit matching level sensor, vacuum sensor, and the temperature sensor and solenoid valves.After completion of designing system, the author tested it and the results showed that the system has high stability, good air-tightness and degassing performance. And the system installed in the "Ocean 4" boat and completed HY4-2011-1 voyage scientific investigation, achieved the expected purpose of expedition.
