The Risk Evaluation Study On The Geological Hazards In Zizhou County

With the acceleration development of the western development strategy, energy andchemical industry base in northern Shaanxi accelerating the pace of construction, oil and coalindustry have become the main economic pillars in northern Shaanxi. Along with thedevelopment of mineral resources, highway, railway construction, northern shaanxi loess areageological environment problems are becoming more and more serious, more frequentgeological disasters become a serious threat to people’s life and property safety, restricting thelocal social and economic development.This paper made Zizhou country located in the northern shaanxi loess area as theresearch object, the research region showed obvious difference landform, poor vegetationand extraordinarily fragile ecological environment, loess landslides and collapses areparticularly serious.Through the analysis on the geological environment background, socialand economic development situation, the degree and hazards of the geological hazardsactivities in history in Zizhou county, summarized the geological hazard’s type, characteristics,distribution, influence factors and occurrence regularity. Combined the above analysis, thispaper adopts topographic slope、geomorphic type、 the features of geotechnical engineering、the average annual rainfall、human engineering activities、the disaster density、the populationdensity、 region important level、per capita income、communication traffic density and thehousing density as the evaluation factors,and establishes the evaluation index system, anduses AHP to determine the index weight, and employs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation toestablish the evaluation model. Conducting comprehensive evaluation partition according tothe evaluation results, zoning the geological hazards risk into lowest-risk, lower-risk,higher-risk, highest-risk four grades to get the geological hazards risk zonation in Zizhoucounty.The highest-risk areas of geological hazards of Zizhou county is in Ma Cha Town,Huai Shu Cha Town, Gao Jia Ping, Shuang Hu Yu,Miao Jia Ping,etc,area474.68km2, accounting for23.25%of the total area of Zizhou county; The higher-risk area is in southcentral region of Zizhou county, area513.18km2, accounting for25.12%of the total area ofZizhou county; The lower-risk area is in north-central in Zizhou county.By partitioning the evaluation result and the actual survey results, the index system andthe method of selecting are in line with the actual situation.
