Development and utilization of geothermal water gets more and more attentionform social world. Under the standardize requirement, optimizing of geothermal waterplays a crucial role. However, few studies been done and extremely lack ofappropriate technical specifications.This thesis depends on the settings of geothermal water in Haikou, research theoptimizing of mineral rights setting with the main frame of processing basic data,analyzing exploring potential and optimizing mineral rights. Using Excel andMapGIS analysis the basic data, thesis research the construction of hydrogeologicaland mathematical model of Haikou. Using the finite element3D groundwatersimulation code FEFLOW, research the flow incidence upon different dewateringrates through matching and calibrating groundwater model. Researching theconstruction of groundwater model and optimization of mineral rights by developsome Visual Basic Applications.Thesis conclusion: Haikou downtown area will form a clear groundwaterdepression cone when the extraction wells dewater67800m3/d. Accordance theprediction model, thesis sets81blocks of mining rights,99proposed mineral rightsblocks and21proposed exploration rights blocks.Thesis shows it’s practicable for researching geothermal water mineral rightsoptimization through studying groundwater exploitation potential. And it can providea reference for setting the optimization of other geothermal water mineral rights.
