Separation mechanism is a mechanism with six degree of freedom. It has a largerange of motion, high precision and carrying capacity, the fastest speed to reach thespecified trajectory capture point.Store can reach anywhere in test section of windtunnel. Dynamic characteristics and dynamic responses of key components in theseparation mechanism was computed, which provides a basis for the rational design ofthe key componentsin the mechanism.According to the characteristics of the mechanisms, the simplified dynamic modelofThe base and the scimitar which are two key elastic component in separationmechanism was built, using ABAQUS software, modal of the base and the scimitarwas calculated to obtain corresponding modal data for base excitation responseanalysis. Using acceleration time history curves of four basis points obtained byexperimental testing and mode superposition method in ABAQUS, dynamicresponsesof key positions on the separation mechanism was calculated in differentdirection base excitation, which provides the reference for the design and operation ofthe separation mechanism. Finally, stress analysis of the scimitar which is theimportant component of the separation mechanism was made under variousconditions,which validates the rationality of the design.
